We have renewed the roof area to the decking walkways and the main cabin of a Boathouse. We applied a 3 layer high performance felt system with GRC promenade tiles as stepping stones and lead coverings to the door hatches.

Left - This project involved applying Code 6 lead coverings to the complete rear roof on Geotech underlay and timber rolls in accordance with the Lead Association.
Right - This is an asphalt roof. Mastic asphalt has been laid in 2 coats on black sheathing felt membrance on a timber deck roof with lead drips dressed to the mansards onto the existing eternite slates.

Left - Vertical hanging tiles have been fitted on 38mm x 19mm battens and tyvek breatheable underfelt onto the rear dormer including code 5 lead flashings under the bay windows and lead tops. Fascias and gutters were renewed in white PVC.
Right - Mastic asphalt has been laid in 2 coats onto a screeded surface with an insulation board over the roof coverings. Paving slabs will be laid on europads and fitted onto the insulation which is known either as an upside down roof or an inverted roof.

Left - This is a Terrace Balcony Roof. We applied 2 coat mastic asphalt to a concrete deck with lead cover flashings to all perimeter walls and promenade tiles.
Right - This is a main pitched roof. On this project we applied tyvek breathable underfelt with tanalised battens and Redland 49 tiles, including fibre glass vallies and hips.
